‘Ohana healing series: Lā’au Lapa’au

Class info:

This is a space to slow down, learn together, and reconnect to practices that have cared for our people for generations. ʻOhana gather in a safe and supportive environment guided by caring adults and cultural practitioners.

Through hands on learning, cultural teachings, and exploration, ʻohana engage with Native Hawaiian healing practices and deepen their understanding of how lāʻau lapaʻau supports mauli ola. Learning happens side by side, across generations, in a consistent environment rooted in trust and belonging.

You will learn, make, listen, and share together. You can meet other ʻohana, try new practices, and reconnect to ʻike that lives close to home.

As part of the ʻOhana Healing Practices series, this program uplifts intergenerational learning and the vision of nurturing a healer in every home.
