Kahekawai: Flow Class – “To flow like water”

Kahekawai is a mindful movement class inspired by the natural flow of water and the values of aloha, patience, and adaptability. In this class, we’ll move through gentle yoga-based sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility, both in the body and in the mind.

Each session encourages kamaliʻi to connect with their breath, listen to their bodies, and find their own rhythm, just like how water flows with and through obstacles instead of fighting them. Through movement, music, and moments of reflection, we’ll explore what it means to move with ease, presence, and respect for ourselves and others.

This class welcomes all levels. No experience is needed, just bring an open heart and a willingness to flow.

Hoʻoikaika: Yoga Scuplt – “To strengthen”

Hoʻoikaika is an energizing movement class designed to build both physical and inner strength. Rooted in Hawaiian values of resilience and perseverance, this class blends sculpt movements with mindful breathwork, helping kamaliʻi feel powerful, confident, and grounded.

Each session focuses on moving with intention, challenging ourselves while honoring our limits, and discovering how strength can look and feel different for everyone. Just like how the mountains stand firm against the wind, Hoʻoikaika reminds us that true strength comes from within…steady, humble, and full of mana.

This class welcomes all levels. No experience is needed, come ready to move, sweat, and strengthen from the inside out.
