Hoʻolono
Class info:
Ho‘olono is a one time gathering rooted in the season of Lono, a time for rest, rejuvenation, reflection, and harvesting the seeds sewn throughout the year. This is a safe and supportive space where Kamalei are invited to slow down and reconnect.
Together, Kamalei engage in yoga, lā‘au lapa‘au, ‘ai pono, and guided reflection in a consistent environment with caring adults who hold space with intention and aloha.
You are invited to move your body, nourish yourself, meet new people, and reflect on where you have been while gently looking ahead to your goals and aspirations.
Ho‘olono offers a moment to breathe, ground, and feel a sense of belonging before stepping forward again. Join us.
