Pilina Performance: Sport Psychology

Class info:

The Sport Psychology & Leadership Program goes beyond physical training. It’s about building mental strength and leadership skills that last a lifetime.

Through guided discussions, interactive workshops, and applied practice, you’ll learn how to focus under pressure, manage stress, and lead with intention. You’ll gain tools for confidence building, communication, goal setting, and decision-making, skills that help you thrive on and off the court.

This program also explores how cultural identity and lived experiences shape mental performance. You’ll observe top athletes to learn habits that promote success in any challenge.

By intentionally training the mind, you’ll become not only a better athlete but a thoughtful leader who uplifts teammates, ʻohana (family), and community. No experience needed, just curiosity and commitment. Join us and grow stronger from the inside out.
