The Strength and HIIT Training Program is all about building power, inside and out. Through structured, high-intensity workouts, you’ll develop physical strength, stamina, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
You’ll learn proper technique for bodyweight and resistance exercises, explore ways to increase endurance, and discover how movement can boost your mood and mindset. Each session is designed to challenge you while keeping things fun and accessible.
Beyond fitness, this program fosters teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. You’ll gain skills that help you overcome obstacles in the gym and in life like resilience, discipline, and a commitment to health and well-being.
No experience needed, just bring your energy and a willingness to try. Come train with us and feel stronger every day.

Sports Trainer
Jason-Matthew Sharsh is the Youth Strength & Conditioning Trainer at Liliʻuokalani Center. Born and raised in Honolulu, HI, he is a former University of Hawaiʻi football team captain and professional athlete who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies and is a Certified Personal Trainer.
He’s excited about this new opportunity to give back and make a lasting impact on Hawaiʻi’s kamaliʻi. In his free time, he enjoys staying active—playing football, pickleball, and beach volleyball.
