You’re not just part of the community, you’re a leader in it. The Youth Leadership Program for young adults is here to help you grow your voice, build your skills, and take action on what matters most to you.

Over the course of 16-weeks, you’ll work on real projects, connect with mentors, and learn how to lead with confidence, empathy, and purpose. You’ll explore your strengths, reflect on your journey, and discover how your story can inspire change, not just in your life, but in your community and beyond.

This program is built on trust, kuleana (responsibility), and the belief that youth are powerful agents of change. You’ll gain tools for life, leadership, and career readiness, all while being supported by people who believe in your potential.

At the heart of it all is you, your ideas, your voice, your growth. Whether you’re just starting out or already stepping into leadership, you’ll find a place here to belong, lead, and thrive.

No experience needed. Just come as you are, ready to learn, grow, and make a difference.
