Calling all Art Mix Plate alumni and newbies to Art Mix Plate. Art Mix Plate Open Studio is a safe and supportive environment built for creativity, trust, and community.
Kamalei have time and space for independent art making, building on skills from Art Mix Plate while exploring new mediums and ideas in a consistent environment with caring adults and trusted mentors.
You will create at your own pace, meet other artists, share ideas, and find your people through the shared language of art.
Together, Kamalei work toward a shared goal of producing an off site art show in a public space, turning individual work into collective presence and belonging.
Program Details
Ages: 12-17
Schedule: Wednesday and Friday
Time: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Start Date: 9/9/26
End Date: 12/18/26
Open: Join at any time and participate as your interest and schedule allow.
*All are welcome to apply with preference given to Native Hawaiian Kamalei.
